How To Find: Our initial meeting point will be at the passenger drop-off point at Okayama Station. We will also drop you off here on the last day of class.

Step 1: The first step is to locate the Ticket Office (below) at Okayama Station. It is on the 2F concourse of Okayama Station and faces the Sun Station Terrace. (https://www.westjr.co.jp/global/en/ticket/pass/pdf/station_okayama.pdf)

Step 2: The next step is to locate the sign above that says ‘Sports Park (West Gate)’. You’ll want to walk towards that direction. This should take you to the other side of the concourse.

Step 3: Towards the end you should see an escalator on your right going down. You’ll want to take that escalator down. This should take you to the passenger drop-off point and you can wait at the area in front of the vending machines. There are seats and a public washroom nearby. In case of emergencies or if you’re unable to locate the pick-up spot, feel free to give us a call or drop us an email.
